2.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our bodycon dresses, crop tops, long sleeved tops, midi dresses, shirts, and t-shirts. However, slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

2.2 Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer an alternative.

2.3 Pricing

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though this won’t affect confirmed orders.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your basket doesn’t reserve it. A contract is only formed when we send your Order Confirmation email.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You confirm that the payment method is yours or you have authorization to use it.

We may request additional verification for security purposes before processing your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. We ship worldwide excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia.

4.2 Delivery Issues

You must inspect goods upon delivery. Report any damage or shortages within 48 hours to [email protected] with photos.

4.3 Customs and Import Duties

International customers may be subject to additional fees. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
