Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is as important to us as your personal style!

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewelry unless faulty. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange
  • Wait for approval: We’ll email you a return authorization within 2 business days.
  • Package your items: Include all original packaging and tags. We recommend using tracked shipping.
  • Ship it back: Send to:

  • Return Shipping Costs

    • Refunds: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
    • Exchanges: We’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item

    Once we receive and inspect your return (allow 3-5 business days):

    • Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

    Exchange Options

    Prefer a different size or color of those buttery-soft midi dresses or long sleeved tops? We’ll happily exchange for:

    • The same item in a different size/color (subject to availability)
    • Store credit for the full item value

    Faulty Items

    If your trendy t-shirts or shirts arrive damaged or faulty, email us immediately with photos. We’ll cover all return costs and expedite your replacement.
